This winter, two beloved Roman restaurants are coming to LA for one-night-only dinners with Chef Nancy Silverton: Santo Palato at chi SPACCA & Roscioli Salumeria con Cucina at Osteria Mozza. 

For more than two centuries, the Roscioli family has been at the forefront of the culinary scene in Rome – their bakery has historical records dating back as early as the 1800s. Today, Salumeria Roscioli offers traditional cuisine centered on authentic products and is one of Chef Nancy’s favorite restaurants in Rome.
